REGENT Craft

Full-scale Seaglider prototype — composite fabrication for a new class of all-electric vessel.

In 2021, Moore Brothers entered into a partnership with REGENT Craft, Inc. to produce prototype components for their foiling Seaglider program. REGENT is developing a line of all-electric vessels that operate exclusively over water, traversing the sea in one of three modes: hull, hydrofoil, or flight in ground effect.

As a build partner, Moore Brothers provided process engineering, composite fabrication, and logistical support throughout the program. Within a year of signing, the team produced a quarter-scale vessel that completed the project's first successful sea trials in early 2022.

Moore Brothers led composite fabrication on REGENT's first full-scale prototype, with support from Ocean State Composites — launched in February 2025 — a vessel with a 65-foot wingspan, 55-foot hull, and capacity to carry up to 12 passengers up to 160 nautical miles on renewable energy.
