About the Moore Brothers Company
Founded in 2014 by brothers Oliver and Sam Moore, Moore Brothers Company is a composite engineering and fabrication firm based in Bristol, RI. What began in a garage with a ShopBot has grown through three facilities into a 45,600 sq ft purpose-built operation housing some of the most capable composite manufacturing equipment in the industry: an 80'x20' CMS Poseidon large-format CNC machine, a 100'x30' paint booth and oven, a 5-axis CMS Ares, and a 60ft Autoclave.
Over twelve years, we have grown deliberately, expanding not just our facility and machine capacity, but our people. Skilled craftsmen and women, designers, composite engineering experts, and the operations team that keeps it all moving, drive Moore Brothers forward. Many carry skills that cross disciplines, bridging the office and the shop floor — and that's exactly how we like it.
At the heart of MBC is a shared commitment to craft, collaboration, and transparency. We work closely with our clients and with each other, because the most complex composite problems are solved together. Our team rests in a shared interest of composites — their structural design, engineering and fabrication, and the world of possibilities they provide.
Engineering Capacity
Moore Brothers brings full engineering capability in-house from CAD design in Rhino and SolidWorks through composite structural analysis in Abaqus FEA. We model, simulate, and validate structures before fabrication begins, embedding design for manufacturing principles from the start, and verify the finished result with Faro Tracker metrology.
