Our in-house composite engineering capability spans the full development cycle, from initial CAD geometry through structural analysis and into fabrication. Working in Rhino, SolidWorks, and Abaqus FEA, we model, simulate, and validate structures before a single layer of material is committed. That means structural risk is identified and resolved at the design stage, not discovered on the shop floor.

Abaqus finite element analysis gives our engineers the ability to simulate real-world loading conditions with precision — deflection, stress distribution, failure modes. For complex or safety-critical applications, this is the difference between confidence and assumption.

Design for manufacturing is embedded in everything we do. Because our engineering team works directly alongside our fabrication team, designs are optimized for how they will actually be built — reducing iterations, tightening tolerances, and keeping programs on schedule.

Dimensional verification is handled in-house using a Faro Tracker, giving us the metrology capability to confirm that what we build matches what was engineered, to exacting standards.
