From first article to full-scale prototype — supporting clients further down the development path.

Moore Brothers has developed first articles and subsequent iterations for clients in marine, aerospace, research, and defense. Our approach to prototyping, regardless of size or complexity, is to meet clients where they are — understanding their priorities and constraints before committing to a build strategy, and to support their development at every stage.

We have led composite fabrication on programs including our role as primary composite build partner on the REGENT full-scale Seaglider — a 65-foot carbon composite wing and hull — through to advanced UAS design, building five carbon airframe prototypes across a ten-month development phase.

Quality and verification

First article inspection is supported by Faro Tracker metrology, process and material documentation, as well as in-house and third-party ultrasound.
